The simple way we determine Shipping and Handling rates:
The shipping & handling cost for your order is based on the total value of the order prior to application of any discounts or promotions.

Delivery is available to every address in the United States - including PO Boxes and military addresses. All orders will be processed within 3 business days. Once the order is processed, all domestic orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service by Priority Mail® and will usually be received within 2 to 3 business days. While every effort is made to insure that your order arrives in good order, we are not responsible for lost or damaged orders once they leave our facility and all claims must be made by the customer to the US Postal Service. Orders shipped outside the US will incur an additional $20.00 charge to cover increased shipping and handling costs. We cannot track or guarantee the delivery of your order once it leaves the continental US. While every effort will be made to insure you receive your order, international orders are at your own risk. Large orders may be shipped in multiple boxes. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Orders shipped outside the US will incur an additional $20.00 charge to cover increased shipping and handling costs. We cannot track or guarantee the delivery of your order once it leaves the continental US. While every effort will be made to insure you receive your order, international orders are at your own risk. (any customs or taxes due the receiving country are the responsibility of the customer). We reserve the right to require additional shipping and handling charges for large and/or heavy orders to cover the increased cost of international postage.
How to ship to an APO or FPO address:
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges that we incurred sending the order initially to you.
The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), with a letter explaining the reason for the return, and with all paperwork to ensure full credit.

Most items on our site are "in stock" and "ready to ship". Some items are either temporarily out-of-stock or are not available for shipment until a specific date. For more information, please read the details below.
Most orders for "in-stock" items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your "in-stock" item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.
Backordered items are items that may not be in-stock, but are available to purchase on our site.

Under certain circumstances, orders or specific items from an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
After you have clicked "Complete Your Order," your order begins to process and we cannot make any modifications to your order.
