What Is The Best Razor For Men?

I've always felt that a great shave is due to the following:

40%: The right razor

40%: The right shave cream/gel

20%: Technique

Over the years, I've shared with you my opinions on all three areas (razor: Gillette Fusion ProGlide, shave gel: Matte For Men Antioxidant Shave Gel, technique: see my previous bog post regrading this), but I thought that the following review of razors from AskMen.com would add some valuable insight into which razors are the most effective. Not only do they consider multiple types of "cartridge" razors, but they look at safety razors as well.
