OK...so this may not be the most "scientific" method for picking the winner of this year's game but can we all at least agree that Seattle and Denver are BOTH very good teams? In fact, it is almost impossible to say which one is indeed the better team. Having said that, our decision comes down to one very important factor: Karma.
To be honest ... these are the two teams we thought would be playing in the big game. Anticipating this match up weeks ago, I really couldn't decide who I thought would win. Then it happened: "The" interview. Yep, its as simple as that. Richard Sherman's post-game interview with Erin Andrews showed us the light. If karma was ever to be a factor in a game, this would be the one. Im not here to argue whether Richard Sherman is talented or whether he is a role model for kids. Nor I am here to argue the merits of a Stanford education. All I can say is that karma has a funny way of making things right in the world.
Peyton Manning is clearly the "face" of the Denver Broncos. Richard Sherman just made himself the "face" of The Seattle Seahawks and Im betting that karma likes Denver's face better.
